Due to some improper research on my part, I had gone through three different thermostats, none that properly operated my system, even when it specified they would. This particular model had a specific note that if one certain wire that was not used in other systems is not connected with this, the heating or cooling would not turn on. Once all was figured out and connected properly, this thermostat turned out to be a dream, and already my new power bill is lower than before. THANKS Air & Water.

The unit I order came with great instructions and was easy to install. It has meet all my expectation and I believe that it will reduce my electrical bill by the advertised amount of 33%.
