Spinach & Bacon Quiche

Cooking Time: 8 minutes | Temperature: 320°F | Serves: 4


  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 slice of bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 shakes of Tabasco
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Cooking spray


Lightly spray the frying pan with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, combine eggs, spinach, bacon, milk, cheese, Tabasco, salt, and pepper. Pour into the prepared frying pan.

Air fry at 320°F for 8 minutes or until center of quiche is slightly firm.
