- 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Large Slice Sourdough Bread, cut in half
- Cream Cheese
- 2 Slice Smoked Gouda
- 1 Slice Italian Truffle Cheese
- 3 Slices of Italian Salami
- 3 Fresh Basil Leaves
Cover the outer side of each slice of bread with a layer of olive oil. On the inside of each slice of bread, spread a layer of cream cheese. Then place cheeses, salami, and basil on one side of the bread.
Close the sandwich and place in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 356°F for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
