Monkey Bread

Cooking Time: 4-6 minutes | Temperature: 356°F | Serves: 1


  • 1 Can Pillsbury Original Grands Refrigerated Biscuits
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
  • Cooking Spray


Coat the Avalon Bay frying pan with cooking spray and set aside. Cut the four pieces of biscuit dough into quarters. Dip quarters into the melted butter and then place half of them in the baking pan.

Sprinkle the dough with half of the salt, half of the cheese and half of the rosemary. Add a second layer of dough and sprinkle them with the rest of the  salt and rosemary. Air fry at 356°F for 4 minutes. Add cheese and air fry for an additional 2 minutes until golden Brown.
