Italian Baked Egg

Cooking Time: 7 minutes | Temperature 320°F | Serves: 1


  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup of Your Favorite Marinara Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Basil
  • Cooking Spray


For this recipe, you will need at least one ramekin.

Spray ramekin with cooking spray. Pour marinara into the ramekin. Crack egg into the marinara, but be careful not to break the yolk. Sprinkle egg with cheese, salt and pepper.

Top with fresh basil.
