- 1 Medium Apple, peeled and sliced
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. Milk
- 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1/8 c. Sugar
Peel and slice the apple. Place the apple slices in a baggie and coat them evenly with cinnamon. Once you've finished, grease the bottomof the Avalon Bay frying pan and place the apples to the bottom.
In a small bowl, beat the egg, then whisk in the milk, vanilla extract, flour and sugar. Gently pour over the apples and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes and drizzle with honey or maple syrup before serving.
