Cooking Time: 15-18 minutes | Temperature: 356°F | Serves: 2-3
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4Onion Powder
- 1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne
- 1/8 Teaspoon Chipotle Powder
- 1/2Bag of Frozen Sliced Bell Peppers
- 1/2Small Onion, sliced
- Cooking spray
Spray the Avalon Bay frying pan with cooking spray. Chop chicken breast into bite size chunks and set them aside.
Add all the spices together in a medium bowl. Toss the chicken pieces in the bowl until all sides are coated, then place chicken in the small baking pan.
Air fry chicken at 392°F for 8 minutes, then add the sliced vegetables to the chicken and continue cooking for another 8 minutes. Serve with tortillas.
