Founded in 2003, Air & Water, Inc. is one of the largest independent heating and cooling distributors in the country. In the five years we've been in business, we've helped hundreds of thousands of customers with their heating, cooling, and purification needs. Our extensive product selection includes the best in portable air conditioners, electric heaters, evaporative coolers, air purifiers and even home appliances such as residential and commercial ice makers and wine cellars. Where are you located?

Our warehouse and distribution center is located in Santa Ana, California, but we offer nationwide delivery. Our local service area encompasses all of Southern California, including Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.

Do you have a showroom?

We are primarily an online retailer of portable air conditioners, heaters, and home appliances, and do not have a showroom. However, if you are in the Southern California area, feel free to stop by to pick up your order. What are your business hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

I live in Southern California and would like to pick up my order in person. What are your will-call hours?

Will-call orders may be picked up anytime Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.

Product Information

I'm looking for a product not listed on your website.  Can you get it for me?

We're constantly upgrading our stock and adding new models to our already extensive inventory.   However, if you're interested in a product not found on our site, please contact us and we will try our best to locate it for you.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Air & Water is an authorized dealer for all of the brands we carry, and all of our products are covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty.  For even more coverage, we also offer extended warranties for most of our products and replacement plans for select products.

Shipping Information

How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping will vary depending on your location, needs, and the type of product you're purchasing. In most cases, delivery costs are determined by the total weight and the method of shipping.

What are your delivery options?

We understand that cost and speed of delivery is important to every customer. By shipping most of our orders via FedEx, you will be assured of faster delivery times and more professional service. For most of our smaller items such as portable air conditioners, electric space heaters, and air purifiers, you can choose from ground, 3-day, 2-day, or overnight shipping. How can I place an order?

Orders may be placed via phone or through our website. We also have storefronts on eBay and Amazon.

Do you charge sales tax?

Air & Water only charges sales tax on California shipments.

What is your return policy?

All purchases may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that all returned orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To avoid the restocking fee, ask for an exchange for the same or another product. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by an RMA number issued from our returns department. Once your RMA has been received and verified for authenticity, a refund will be issued or a replacement will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Air & Water offers our customers a safe purchasing environment, and our store features the latest SSL 128 bit encryption. We do not sell, rent, trade, or barter customer information without prior permission, and all transfers of credit card and personal information via our website's own server meets rigorous Internet security standards.
